Becoming a vendor at the Norwalk Oyster Festival is your opportunity to shine at one of the longest-running and most anticipated events in Connecticut. With 35 acres of beautiful seaside parkland dedicated to the event, the Norwalk Oyster Festival is more than a weekend gathering. It’s a three-day celebration of food, music, arts, and community — and a powerful platform for vendors looking to grow their brand and boost revenue.

How to Apply
Please note: Vendor spaces are curated as we strive to maintain variety and quality throughout the festival. The only way to apply is online through our vendor applications (see below). If you have any questions please contact the office at 203-838-9444 or info@seaport.org

- Applications are not first-come, first-served
- All completed applications are carefully reviewed
- Incomplete applications will not be considered
What You Need to Know?
Festival Hours
All exhibits must be fully staffed and operational during festival hours:
- Friday, September 11, 2026: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday, September 12, 2026: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Sunday, September 13, 2026: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Exhibitor Setup
- Wednesday, September 9, 2026: By appointment
- Thursday, September 10, 2026: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday, September 11, 2026: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Insurance Deadline
Insurance certificates must be submitted by: Saturday, August 1, 2026
Removal & Clean-Up
All vendors must remove equipment, materials, and refuse by: Monday, September 14, 2026
