Health & Safety Policy for the
Norwalk Oyster Festival

Vaccination ID and Face Masks
are
NOT required!


To Encourage Social Distancing

 

  • We have tripled the gates and entrance area spacing to ten 10 feet

 

  • Pre-tickets guests will be given fast track admission to the festival


  • We have doubled walkways @ Arts & Crafts area to more than 30 feet


  • We have added 4000 square feet of dining area for additional spacing in tents


  • 50% more spaced out dining tents


  • Amusement rides have spacing, cleaning, and hand sanitation areas


  • 40 plus hand sanitizing stations on the field

 

  • More socially distanced chairs added at entertainment areas


  • Added 20% more bathrooms


  • While traveling on all Oyster Festival shuttles in accordance with State and CDC regulations, everyone must wear a mask.


  • The Norwalk Seaport Association in cooperation Griffin Health and the State of CT will open a vaccine administration area where people can be vaccinated if they choose to do so.


The public’s support and understanding is deeply appreciated as we organize the 43rd Norwalk Oyster Festival.
