Competitions to choose CT state champion plus $23,000 in prizes, People's Choice contests, tastings, Food Network host Jack McDavid, food booths, barbeque vendors and demonstrations.
Organized by the Exchange Club of Norwalk and sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society and New England Barbecue Society.
