Fine artists and crafters have been an integral part of the Norwalk Seaport Association Oyster Festival from its beginning 35 years ago. At the first Oyster Festival, some of Norwalk's leading artists displayed their work under the trees along Seaview Avenue. That tradition has grown into an Arts & Crafts Show with juried artists and crafters from throughout the U.S.
